Enjoy the chef at home cooking in front of you
A special buffet station is created with the so-called “live cooking” (also known as “front cooking”): our chefs prepare a dish freshly in front of customer's eyes.
There is a lot of creativity here: for example, barbecues and salad, pasta stations lend themselves to summer events. Wok dishes, soups or pancakes and bread specialties in the form of sandwiches are also possible, to name a few.
Live stations can represent the entire event catering or just part of it. They can also be combined with all other types of services.
For example, after starters and main courses, it is extremely popular to present the dessert as a live station in the traditional menu service.
Live stations are appealing for a variety of reasons: this way guests have the unique opportunity to look over the shoulders of a great chef; the live station represents for them a small event within the event.
In addition, culinary delicacies are preceded by intense visual and olfactory impressions, with the effect of appealing to all the senses.

Live cooking station Pasta & Risotto
Pasta & risotto is the most loved dish for all, and it makes a good food.
Cooked in red or white sauce with fresh vegetable or chicken pieces, this live food station would excite your guests even more in terms of food.
You can choose from the fixed menu or even ask the chefs to customize your paste then and there.
Live Cooking Sation Lebanese culture
It's a hollow bread (Pita) stuffed with Lebanese vegetables, falafel balls and so creamy hummus. Your guests will love this less explored menu item Lebanese culinary culture.

During the cocktail hour, utensil-free dishes reign supreme.
Meat on a stick with an array of dipping sauces is sure to satisfy your guests.
Live Cooking Sation : Mimosa Bar
(with alcohol or virgin)Combine fresh juices, cut-up fruit, and sparkling wine or sparkling water for a mimosa bar your guests will love.
Live Cooking Sation : Hot Chocolate Bar
Make your dessert hour even sweeter with a hot cocoa bar, filled with delicious mix-ins for your chocolatey treat.
Live Cooking Sation : Crepes
Crepes are as versatile as they are delicious. Fill your crepe station with sweet or savory options that will please any guest’s palette.

We believe that staff-manner and presentation skills are as important to the success of an event as the food.
The positions we believe are essential for a smooth and unforgettable event are as follows:
- Staff @ EGP 200 per hour minimum 4 hours
- Chef @ EGP 200 per hour minimum 4 hours
